Sposób przygotowania:
- sałatę umyć, osuszyć, porwać na mniejsze kawałki, ułożyć na talerzu.
- dodać pokrojone na ćwiartki pomidorki koktajlowe.
- przygotować sos mieszając wszystkie składniki w kubeczku.
- chleb pokroić w kostkę, podsmażyć na patelni grillowej, dodać do sałatki.
- ser kozi pokroić na około 1 cm plasterki i podsmażyć na suchej patelni z dwóch stron na lekko złoty kolor (ok 30 sekund na stronie).
- położyć na sałacie, polać sosem.
